Is this a finished site, or is it just starting out/ The terms of use, FAQ, How it works, Privacy, and About sections don't have anything in them. Also when you sign up it tells you they will send a confirmation email immediately, but I never received one.

It seems like a great idea, but I think it needs to be finished up, before I will say it is the best site for QOD.

You're right, it is presently in developement. They are puting the finishing touches on it. I know the guys doing the developement and they asked me to check it out. I was sufficiently impressed that I thought I would pass it along to others. I think we can expect great things from this site. Stay tuned...
