I am using a Gigabyte ATI Radeon 9200 video card with 128 MB RAM on my Windows XP Pro home-built system. The PC uses an ASUS P4P800SE Mobo with 1 GB RAM and a 3.0 GHz Intel P4 CPU. My question - why does the screen not paint a new image all at once? For example, with Internet Explorer, the menus at the top fill in last when changing views. I am using the latest drivers for the video card. Thanks in advance for any help.
