Question about Voicemail Pro

Hi ...

when the voicemail pro open to the caller.
the customer hear the following :
"your call has been answered by Avaya IPO, Exten. no ... is not available, .... '
I dont need this MSG to hear just what I recorded bascislly " Plz leave a MSG after the tone"

is this acceptable ?

That message comes up when the user has not properly recorded their mailbox name and greeting.

Without programing You will get the default greeting from VM Pro.
You ask if this is acceptable, Yes for a new system that has not been programed. No, for a Business, as a Custom Message should be played to outside callers.
If this is a new extension, user needs to record their mailbox greeting. Additional programing needed if its not going to the correct mailbox.
