Question about the Crisis-Alert parameters

Recently the Security Chief at my building wanted to know if there was a way to alert everyone in the building through the phone system (Definity G3 V11)
Is there anything that could help me achieve this in the Crisis-Alert features, and what is this for?

crisis alert will notify 10 people of someone calling 911 or what ever number you want.

oh, o.k. where would i insert the number i would like to be notified of if dialed and which ten people get said notification.

Crisis Alert is mainly used for 911. You normaly have this setup to notify the attendant or security desk of a 911 call, or you can have it notify a number of pagers.

All you need to do is add the Crisis-Alert button on the phone.

you also need to set 911 to alrt in your ars table. 'cha ars ana 911'. There is also some options in 'cha sys cris'

A lot of collages and universities (Like we are) have looked into solutions for mass emergency notifications in the last few years. It always comes down to a second party device (not the phone system) that can handle that amount of coverage/calls/distribution.
