Question about the BCM Software (Unified Manager)

Any one face a problem that the BCM Software (unified Manager) crashed or corrupted?....

Can we take an image backup for the BCM software?.. And if there is any software backup in BRU form?....

I'm waiting for any helpful replay ASAP.

Dear GoldenGirl,

I'm running BCM 400 release 3.5.

You may a bad BFT OR MSC card they had some out there.You can back up ot your e drive on the bcm. If you replace the bft and the msc you just need the tele back up and you can do this to the e driv fast and easy

Is there anything that can be done if it does not back up to the E: drive?
