Question about Incoming calls sl-1000 to after hours Attendant

Hi all,

I wanted to have an opinion on something.
An sl-1000 has an inmail and voice card.
What is happening is as follow.
The message for after hours will be recorded and the will enter the code so that message will be played when people call.
There are 3 pstn, in which 2 have the number example 7774445 and the third line has 7784466.
When you call the 7774445 the message will be hurt full, but when I call it again the message plays, but stops half way or sometimes you hear a beeping like sound.
If call 7784466 the message play normally
I have isolated that it might be the trunk 2 of 7774445 which is having problem, because I have connected it to the fourth CO4 (trunk port) and it play halfway but stops.
I have shorted the line, so when you call it fall only on the good trunk.

Can the trunk line cause this type of issue, because they can make and relieve calls normally on that trunk line
