QUESTION ABOUT ELU32

Hi to all, I have a question. I have a borad ELU-32, when I progran as Ip Trunk it works right, but If I program as IP extension, the IP phones don´t register at the Gatekeeper.
I have licenses for all, and when I got the board I thought that the board work for both modes.
Is the board for Ip Phones and Ip trunks, the same board? or Do I need a different board for Ip extensions and for IP trunks?.
The revision of the board is:

It 's the same board for trunking as for extension.

The problem you are describing (not able to log on to gatekeeper) can have many causes. Most of the time it is a network configuration problem. To check whether this is the case following check can be done:

You can log on the ip extension, using command prompt from any pc:

telnet <ip adres extension>
example: telnet 172.16.0.99

then you have to log on using, username (lower case, sensitive):
admin
Password (case sensitive):
Ericsson

Now you can ping from extension to board

ping "<ip adres ip board>"
example:
ping "172.16.0.123"

MIND the " " which are normally not used for pinging.
As the activity on the phone flickers down your prompt screen, find a "silent" moment to send the ping command.

just to make it clear,

the ELU32 can't do trunking and serve IP phones at the same time. so 2 boards are needed, one as trunking (RINII) and one as Gatekeeper (IPBOI).

No, I want to get two boards of IP extensions at the same net, but they are into two different systems.
I have one of them into the system A and the IP address of the board is 192.171.89.20 and the phone log in. And I have the other into the other system and the Ip address is 192.171.89.21 and doesn´t work.
My ip phone loggin into system A, but I change the Gatekeeper in the configuration to log into system B and the phone doesn´t log.
The Ip extension is right configured because I login with ECC for example.

 
With the information you give us so far, there's is nothing else you can do than ERROR CHECKING:

Some suggestions:
1.Log on to extension that can't registrate:
use telnet , and PING to gatekeeper address as I posted.

2.When u can't ping to gatekeeper, ping to other devices on same network. Ping to router etc.

3.What is in between the extension and the ELU32? Switch or some port configuration. Just put a simple hub between extesnion and ELU32 to see if any switch or router is the problem.

4.Is software of ELU32 boards the same: printout using CNBIP:BPOS=;

Also make sure that you do not have a firewall that stops the traffic.

If it fails to logon, do check with IPEXP if the MD110 think it has register the phone.

This is an example with a firewall that gives totaly wrong IP:
