Hi

Is it possible to list a figure hence 45.61234 as 45.62, in other words reduce decimal places

What application are you talking about?

If you right click on the query, and select properties, there's a format option. If it's tables you talking about, go into the design view and change the format in there. Be warned that this will only change the way the numbers look, not the underlying numbers themselves.

Ah.... see but i need a query, cannot access the db physically, its live

By what means exactly are you accessing this data then? Can you be more specific?

Soorry , live db, access via a front end in ASP to run updates only
