Just when you thought I was gone.

Got a question for anybody that can help. I have a query that is setup to ask a question "What building do you want to search By?" I have many building and would like to cut out the human error (mistyping). Is there a way to have a combo box show what the available building are. So that the user can select the name of the building and that would display all the records for the building selected. I already have a combo box in the data entry form so that mistyping doesn't happen there. Is there a way to do this.

I know how to open a blank form. then choose the building name through a combo box to run a query. Is there another way that most users will find acceptable.

Thanks,
Keith

Keith,

Make a form that looks like a dialog box, but has a combo box on it. Then gather your parameter from that form.
