I have a query that I created. I took two tables: Table 8AM and Table 10PM. I do a comparison to see how many new tickets were created between 8AM and 10 AM. In this case it was twelve. I got 12 by scrolling down in the query and where I see a blank in under the 8AM column that is counted as a new ticket. I would like to know if I use Is Null under the field 8AM and it only pull those 12 tickets, which I need, how would I create a formula in Access that would let me see the word NEW TICKET in the query?

It does not recognize [Maximo Data 12PM 07102009] as a valid table name, it appears.

BTW, it seems that you have a tables named as specific Dates & Times. If that is true, what a nightmare!!! Not a way to run a railroad!!!

YES!! it is a nightmare because I am pulling the data for the Maximo database. I am trying to create an application using Access to automate this but I am not able to create a ODBC link from the maximo database to Access.

Any suggestions??

I figured out what I did wrong. I used the wrong table. I used the same table that was dated 7/9/2009 for 12PM instead of using the table for 7/10/2009 for 12PM. I used it and I was able to get me results. Thanks for your help. Could you tell me how I can export a report from Access into Snapshot Viewer?
