is there an easy way to display the result of a query only to do decimal places where the query has a calculation in it without using a form.....

senario....

i've got a query that calculates a percentage and i would like to present it to two decimal places.....

anyone got any ideas??

Right click the column fieldname in design view and choose Properties. Set the format you require.

i'm not really displaying the results in a form as such but having a button on a form which runs the query which then displays it in a seperate window as such i can't change the way its displayed, i wonder if there is a way to just show the percentage to 2 dps in the query design or SQL screens.

Which bit of my response was not clear? I never mentioned a form anywhere.
