Query showing records for 3 months from today

Hi, I have a table of records, for which one field is a date. i want a query that shows records for which the date is within the last three months from the current date. how do i do this?

When in Query grid, in the criteria cell of your date field:
Between DateAdd("m", -3, Date()) And Date()
