Query showing more lines than there should be

I am running an MS Access 2002 query on System tables in the JDE Business System. It is a straightforward query joining two tables and the join between the two tables is correct as far as I can tell.

The Query outputs Order details, but it is giving for example, four lines for each Order, when it should have only one or two. This then means that I cannot run a VLookup against.

Has anyone else ever had this problem??
