Query results only local machine

I am using the query " all systems with specified file name" and am entering a filename that is in a folder that should be in all systems. The results only show my system in the results window. I changed to another common file calc.exe and all systems were discovered. I've changed the filename I am looking for to another file in the folder on my drive and it will only show my system. Any ideas?
