I have a query and I am trying to figure out something. I have a field name that says Policy Number

Policy Number RN Offer Duplicate
ALA000000000 Renewal Offer Letter Duplicate
ALA000000000 Renewal Offer Letter Duplicate
ALA000000001

If the Policy Number fieldname have the same policy number then have can I show the words "Renewal Offer Letter Duplicate" as I have it show above?

One method is to create and save a totals query that groups by Policy Number and counts Policy Number. Then join this to your table and display "Renew Offer Letter Duplicate" if the count is greater than 1.

That worked perfectly...thanks

I have another question. Since I dont work on the weekends I have to still account for data for Friday and Saturday since my daily data reflects the day before. I have a field name that I focus on. The field names is Expiration date and I have it as >=Date()-32. Since I am not in the office to record the numbers for Friday and Saturday how would I use the fieldname or what criteria would I use to get my data from Friday and Saturday. Do I say >=Date()-31 (for Saturday) and >=Date()-30 for Friday? Your thoughts??

Does this question have anything to do with your first question? Where did the date criteria come from?

I suggest openning a new thread with your new question and provide all the significant details.
