Hi guys,

Not having used Enterprise for a while, I'm a little bit rusty. Does anyone know if it's possible to write a query in Query Builder 11.5 to extract records of reports which have been scheduled, exporting to email, where the email has failed even if the instance has not?

If the e-mail FAILS to connect to the SMTP server it it flagged as a FAILED instance.

If it connects OK to the SMTP server, but then the SMTP server has an issue (eg. bad outbound address) there is NO log of this on the BOE side.

Hi,

You can do it but I don't know what the query is... you could use Notification though so you get an email when a job fails.

You can use Instance Manager from the Admin Console but it's very poor (no export, less than basic search, etc)

Finally, go have a look at Instance Analyser (

you can do everything you want with this. In your case, search for failed job which have a email destination and export the lot to email.
