query-based DL run against Pub Folder contacts

Hi All,
I am trying to create a query-based distribution list to run against a Public Folder that contains Contacts. In the wizard, I can only go to the "Exchange System Objects" level, and not any lower, like the individual Pub Folders. Is this possible, like with some creative LDAP query writing?

No. You could get to the DN of the folder, but you will never be able to query the attributes of the items in the folder with an ldap query. You'll need CDO to do that and it's fairly involved. Read on:
