Quark Postscript to PDF error

Hi guys,

I´m trying to distill (Acrobat Distiller) a postscript-file I made out of Quark Express.

However, when doing so, I get the following error-message:

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%

- And Adobe Distiller just keeps on working endlessly, even though it has far exceeded the 100% progress-bar.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

I´m currently on a Powerbook, with the newest version of Adobe Distiller and Quark Xpress Passport.

I suggest forwarding to Adobe , ask them what the " ! " symbol means.

Check out the forums on Adobe's site.

I had a similar Offending problem so I reinstalled Adobe Acrobat (on a MAC g4 with os x.2.8) and it works fine.

When you select export to pdf, what do you have in "from page to page" (is it like 1 to 999). Just a shot in the dark here.
