Quark 4 Crash under Windows2000

Hi
We use quark for pc/compatible and one workstation crashed all the time whenever we want to print from quark.
it wouldn't be that upsetting if it just crashes but the hard disk just switches off and the machine has to reboot doing a scan disk.
i run an ipaq usb workstation p3, 700mhz, 192mb ram and the printer is an infotec4220 mf, running with an ip jetdirect from hp.

your help would be greatly appreciated

if the issue is with all the docs of xpress then you need to test your fonts/graphics. in between open a doc & gv a print command. Then in the print dialog box go to options tab and select Picture output as ROUGH & then print it. DOES IT PRINT? If the problem stays then there might be some currupted font creating problems.
