Quality of Service VClass

Hello,

I just purchased some Vclass appliances, V10s for our branch offices and a V60L for the main office.

I was wondering if anyone has tried setting up quality of service on these devices?

We are in the middle of setting up an Avaya VOIP solution and it doesn't seem like quality of service is working very well between offices.

The Vclass's QoS only kicks in when the line is maxed out. If it is just busy it will not be active at all. It is not really industry standard QoS it seems like.
