Since yesterday i am facing with an issue on Quality Monitoring each time i try to monitor or hear calls recorded for agents, i back to call recorder early this month and this not cause problem they are all play well_ But for those recorded since two days cannot play, they either stuck , meaning the play button is grayed out or play but without no audio... then for both cases i received this error,

I check under Root Setting configuration i found everything is fine , the configuration does not change,the path as well... even the server on which all audio files are store is running with a high HDD..
I would really appreciate if someone could point me on the right direction to fix this error .
