Hi there,
We're working with our vendor on an install of IP Office however we are finding issues as we use it that the vendor is not finding.
Is there a standard Avaya quality assurance checklist that test whether or not features are working as designed? At this point we are willing to take that on and test after our vendor works on the system however I'm having a hard time defining what should be tested.
Any thoughts?
