Hello

I set a QSIG link from MD110 bc12sp10 to a voicegenie (IVR) system, Dialogic card.
Calls get transferred back to MD from the VG, but route optimization does not take place, here is the settings:

ROUTE CATEGORY DATA

END

<RODAP:ROU=200;
ROUTE DATA
ROU TYPE VARC VARI VARO FILTER
200 SL60 H'00000310 H'15440000 H'06300000 NO

END

<RODDP:DEST=3200;

3200 200 0606000000000250006000000 0 1 0

END
<ASPAP:pARNUM=66&70&71&72&73&223;

hi,

there are mostly 2 possible problems.

1.) IVR doesn't use ISO call transfer
2.) you haven't configured EN number and SYIDI

you can do this:
search a free number in your numbering plan. let's say 777

nansi:nutyp=en,numse=777,
syidi:exgid=777;

if that doesn't help, you have to check how your IVR system is working. you can do this with an trace on SLP60.

best regards

Hi Trepp

Done all those, used iso not ecma, syidp is set, IVR guy said he does not set it on his machine?

Did a trace and comes back with error " badly constructed APDU"

He sai he received a patch from Voicegenie, wants to test again, will keep you posted, its on a MD110 BC12sp10
