Our facility if looking at adding a VoIP system to our existing option 11 PBX. We're not sure which vendor we're going to go with (haven't made it that far yet :) )

But the question was asked if our PBX had QSIG turned on. Is there a LD that I can go into to see if we have this, or if it is turned on?

Our telco whom we purchased our PBX is not playing well with us, and I'm trying to get answers with no success.

Is there someone who can point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

You can look at your Dch IFC to see if it is setup for qsig

should have packages 263 305 & 316 I think theres one more but cant remember of the top of my head but it depends on the type of QSIG you want to support?

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder
