We have configured an Option 11c with 25.40 sw and all the Qsig and NMS options enabled on it, according to Cisco's Callmanager to Nortel Qsig integration guide.

We are having trouble getting MWI's to go from the third party voicemail to the PBX using the Qsig T1. However, we can make calls, as well as get CPND/CPID.

WE have the QMWI option set in RCAP and it still doesn't work. Has anyone gotten this setup to work correctly with MWIs?

We would also like to get call transfers to work on the Qsig T1 as well.

thanks,

i have mwi working perfect to a ccm, and if you search this forum for for rolm qsig you'll see the post. lost a second mwi for second lines when i went to call pilot, but will get it back with rls 3, we share a lot of background, i don't play avaya, but rolm was my primary money maker for a decade. when simmons bought them out i concertrated on the 81, decent money for an easy switch.. back to the point, qmwi is the only prompt you should need.. check ld 96 stat serv and enable serv msgs to the ccm. my intergration is perfect, names, dn;s etc.. what 3rd party mail. i have built a intergration back to the old rolm phone mail and did get all the features but that was rls 21 or so.

Thanks for you're information Jpoole, we have been working on this setup for weeks. We still don't have MWIs working correctly.

Would you be able to post or direct us to a list of you're software packages on you're switch? We have to use an Opt11c for this, though you are iusing an 81, I would like to garner that the sw packages are the same. I had seen that on the cisco integration notes for NT Qsig, they say the switch needs minimum 25.40 sw as well.

qmwi turned in msg lamps, if no one else at the office sees this post i will post them next week, hopefully you will not need them be them. i assume you've enl msgi x on the d in ld 96 to see if your getting lamp msgs? and stat serv, might need to turn them up. another problem is changes on the d do not take effect without enl mdsl x fdl in 96. we are spoiled to changed being dynamic, that sometimes when a chg doesn't fix a problem we remove the cure without downloading it pre-test
