hallo all.

I am new here in this forum.

I hope that anyone can help me by the following problem.

General Information:
meridian Option 11 Rls. 25.40
CISCO Call Manager 3.3
Gateway CISCO 3640
all DN's on the Call Manager are programmed as DSC on the meridian with an RLI ENTR0 to QSIG ROUT 9 (works perfect)

I have programmed a ROUT in ld 16 for a QSIG-Rout to a CISCO Gatway 3640
On the CISCO i programmed the lines to the voice mail system TOPCALL.
The QSIG Route work properly between meridian and CISCO.

The only thing which doesn't work is, that the Voice Mail TOPCALL can't recognice the signalisation of the meridian phone (internal number with 4 digits) which has activated call forward to the main number of the voice mail

Can it be, that the ROUT on the meridian is not correct (see ld 16 / rdb / rout 9)
RCLS EXT => is there a success to change to RCLS NO ?

It is possible to call the main voice mail number from a meridian phone ... just there is something wrong with the signalisation of the internal number (4 digit)

Thanks to give me an idea to solve this problem.

Is the issue that when the call goes to the Top Call voice mail it is not recognised? what do you get? We had an issue where the Topcall would not recognise the CLI of the forwarding extension. They have to forward to the main VM number and also add the extension number in forward command

Hallo wayne67
thanks for reply

yes, when the call goes to the Top Call (from meridian, QSIG ROUT 9, gateway, CISCO Call Manager to Top Call)

What do I get?
Top Call ask for the Password and doesn't start with my announcement. In Top Call my user is correct. It works if I forward the call from the CISCO Phone to the VM Number of Top Call.

check following

Is the steering code a DSC ,if so is DSP set for DN
the default is LOC witch sends the LOC CODE entered in
CDB under NET , as a prefix in the display or CLID

HOPE THIS HELPS, NORTIC

hi nortic

sorry for late reply.

yes, we use steering code DSC, but we already set the DSP to DN before.
May it help to change RCLS in the QSIG Route from EXT to INT?
