Qsig between Avaya IP Office and LG-Nortel IPLDK-300

Good day All

I need some help with CLI ( Calling Party Name ) between an Avaya IPO and LG-Nortel IPLDK-300. The two systems are connected with 3 x PRI's over Qsig. Well the Avaya is setup with Qsig A. Not to sure about the LG-Nortel as the vendor doesn't seem to know how to set this up correctly. We have calling party number coming throught but not the name. I can how ever see the names from the LG-Nortel extensions on my system monitor but it doesn't appear on the Avaya phone.

How hard to upgrade the Nortel to an IPO and help him out?

There's no upgrade path at the moment for the LG-Nortel to Avaya. The Avaya was installed for CCR and fronts all calls for the LG-Nortel with an Auto Attendent.
