I have a QPC 414 card that is currently configured with a QPC 720 card for a t1 circuit on its first port. There is nothing programmed on the second port of the QPC 414 card. I am planning to replace the QPC 414 card with a NT5D12 Dual port card. What programming changes do I have to perform to make this change?

yes, The main question that I have is do we need to totally out the T1 including the DSO's and the loop bcause we are changing from the QPC 414 card to the NT5D12 card.

It's been a while and I don't have any programmed like yours anymore. The ddp needs to built as a dlop in 17. The 414 is built as a term loop. It will have to be reprogrammed. So the trunks will have to come out. You said t1 so I assume no dch.

You shouldn't have to change a thing. The NT5D12 acts just like a QPC414 in those regards. It will already be built under the DLOP, the PBX knows no different. All you should have to do is disable the loop, remove the QPC 414 and install the NT5D12 and enable the loop.
