I just have this error, can anyone give some idea's for this error...


QOS019 QoS unacceptable packet loss: [3.3] % in zone [1]

It is saying that the packet loss in zone 1 is exceeding a pre-determined threshold and is therefore generating an alarm so that you will look at it.

What kind of pre-determined threshold?? i can not understand... Also we have some sound loss on NCR...

Get a copy of the "Converging the Data Network with VoIP Fundamentals" NTP and do a search for "QOS0019".

If you are getting sound loss on NCR, then you probably are having packet loss - which is what the QOS alarm is also telling you.
