PWRK$LMSRV process terminated

Starting during the past 3 weeks, my Pathworks v5 has started to sporadically error out and stop the above process, and others.
My Operator.log file shows
%System-F-Accvio, access violation, reason mask=!XB, virtual address=!XL, PC=!XL, PSL=!XL

I issue a Sys$startupwrk$startup, and everything stops and restarts fine, then I'm good for anywhere between a few hours to a few days.

The only new thing I can think of is the addition of many new (20+) Windows 2000 clients that use the VAX printers via guest.

Ideas?

Pathworks v5 is quite old.
Have you considered upgrading?

Try $ADMIN SHOW EVENTS, and check for anything
unusual around the time of the error.
Also check the log files in PWRK$LOGS and PWRK$LMLOGS.
