Anyone know the significance of PW10 in LD 17 under the PWD segment,and how to change the OVLA s within.

That will be a limited access password. You will need the pwd2 to change the available overlays associated with it.

No.I'm using TTY admin.

I don't get the appropriate prompts presented when trying to add overlays using PWD2.

You will need to log in with an administrator password (not the LAPW password) that has CFPA under OPT. Then enter the 2nd level and you should be able to change the overlays and options.
