I have CS1000M at 4.5.
Using 1140e IP phones.
Is it possible to put a pause into an auto dialer key on a set?
Thanks.

Tried that - no luck.
Tried # - no luck either.

We have never been able to use pause in an auto dial string. We use multiple keys to get the call out.

You can't use a * as a pause if the call goes out a PRI since the digits (including the *) are sent enbloc (all at once). The PRI is expecting to see a specific number of digits depending on the type of call and a * is considered valid.

But, you can put a pause in a personal directory entry.
