putting minimize, maximize, and close in a iframe

I am new to iframes and was wondering is it possible to put these attributes in an iframe? If yes, can someone guide me to some example code or explain how it is done?

I don't know how familiar you are with javascript, but with this you would be able to write your own little script to do this.
