putting a ComboBox in a FlexGrid cell

I have a requirement to put ComboBoxes into certain cells of a FlexGrid. What I found are suggestions of putting a control *over* the FlexGrid cell so that it appears to be in the cell. What about when you scroll the FlexGrid?? Hmmmm.... Admittedly, this is my first project with the FlexGrid control, so I've got a learning curve coming up.
Any tips or good web references for Advanced FlexGrid use are appreciated!

You can't put combo boxes in a flexgrid. The approach of putting the combo control over the flex grid is certainly a quite valid approach, but you hide the combo until such time as that cell gets selected, and position it according to the current location of the cell. Once you leave that cell, then you again hide the combo box.
