Put in screenshot images into flash (Fuzzy)

I have several pics which a captured using alt + print screen, i then saved them in several different formats, yet not one will show up clear in flash, it is all distored and fuzzy. I had to shrink them a little bit, and when i went to view the movie they are fuzzy, how can i get clear screenshots into flash without everytime i insert them they show up fuzzy?

You should not scale your pictures in Flash, but only import them at the size they'll be used.
Try importing non-progressive .jpgs, and maybe add the following on the first frame of your movie...

_quality = "BEST";

i even tried to scale them and make them smaller than import to flash still fuzzy.

Did you add the line of code I posted above?

Is the jpeg quality setting at 100% under the Flash tab in the Publish settings?

If you right-click one of your pictures in the Library, and click on Properties, is the "Use imported JPEG data" box checked?
