Pushing Voice Mail to a BlackBerry 5

Hello All!

Thanks in advance. I am running the IPO 500 Manager 6.2 (14).
IPO = 4.2(14)

We currently have some UMS licenses and I heard that you can push voice mails out to a Blackberry. I can't find any documents on that. Anyone using this feature? If so, how did you set that up?


Also, I heard that Avaya is going to start charging for updates and that R5 was the last free update, any truth to that?

We have had a little succcess with this by using rules in Outlook. After creating your IMAP account in Outlook, create a rule that moves messages arriving in your IMAP inbox to your regular inbox. This should send the message to your Blackberry. Of course, R5 with Exchange 2007 allows the use of the Exchange message store so that would ultimately be your best solution.
