PUSHING or PULLING CDR

I am having so much trouble trying to follow the instructions to either PUSH r PULL just some basic incoming call stats from a BCM50 2.0. I thought it would be easy but so far I can't get any data.

Any suggestions on the best way to do this? I have tried to follow the manual several times but still not working.

Maybe post what software you are using to get/read the data as well?

Yes thank you. I tried to use the BCM CDR Puller sample program but could not get that to work.

I tried a company that I found on this site called: "REINCUBATE BCM Logger" but their program would not work.
