Push to phone service

Can anybody tell me how to configure the push to phone service?

I have configured the alert information i need and have subscribed the phone that i want. If i go into services i see the information that i want but i obviously want to send this to each phone on demand.

Any suggestions????

Push to phone is not working like any other services - you don't have to create such services on CCM and to subscribe users. You have to write an application which will push info into phones. You can push something like this:
<CiscoIPPhoneExecute>
<ExecuteItem Priority="0" URL="

http://xxx/cal.asp"/>

</CiscoIPPhoneExecute>
and the phone will start the Calendar service.
