We have a Nortel Norstar system. I have an employee that is moving from his office and has 333 messages on his v.m. He said to just delete them all. Is there a way to purge and delete them all at once? I don't want to delete them individually. Thanks

Thanks so much for the super quick info. I have been through my whole manual. I was afraid that this was the answer. Thanks again, very much.

delete the mailbox, then rebuild it

Thanks! I thought about deleting the mailbox. Was afraid I wouldn't be able to rebuild. I don't have to work on the system much and it scares me a little. Alot of people depending on my work. Thanks for the idea you guys are great.

you can press 8 to delete a msg without listening to the whole msg. SO just open vm press play then hit 8 333 times.

You may also want to change one of the Class Of Service's for delinquents to allow only a certian amount of messages.
Too many deliquents takes up space on hard drive and soon noboby can get messages.
