Pulling VM for user manually? 2

I have a user that received email notice that he had a VM from someone he was looking to talk to.
He is away and asked me to pull the VM for him to email it.
Is there a manual way to pull from manager or VMPro?

I see VM pro.

So it's in the accounts folder.


for linux, winscp to /opt/vmpro/Accounts/Storingsmailbox

for windows programm files/avaya/vmpro/Accounts/Storingsmailbox (or something like that)

In both cases 'Storingsmailbox' should me the 'someones' name of course..
