I have Enterprise Manager/Ops Manager pulling daily SMDR records from all of out sites currently and was wondering if the same could be done for Traffic reports. There was already a script set up in Ops Manager for pulling the SMDR records but unfortunately not for Traffic.

Equipment:
Mitel 3300 ICPs (v7.0.22.5_5) and Enterprise Manager (v3.1.0.7)

Thanks for any/all help

Hi,

If I understood what you wanted, you want to know how sets and lines are used ? I'm right...

The only way I know is thru a accouting software which analyses sets costs but also what you call "traffic".

All those informations are packed in smdr..

Keep in touch

Now, it's about French users too !!!

I don't know of any "out of the box" solutions. But, by making some modifications to the Expect code in the canned SMDR collection MTS script, you should be able to grab the traffic files as well.

There is nothing canned in Entman/Ops to pull traffic data from a 2k or 3300. To do that you will need a 3rd party app, or write one for yourself.
The data is kept in *.traffic on the pbx (IIRC), so you just need a script that needs to pull it.
