Our facility has an OPTION 61C phone system. I need some assistance on how to pull local phone records from the OPTION 61C phone system. Is this something I can do if we obtain our long distance services from the base telephone system?

Thank you for your help and assistance

If the system is set up correctly it will produce billing records and outpulse them to one of you TTY ports. To be able to collect and manipulate them to get coherent reports, you will need to have some sort of billing system attached to that TTY port. The PBX does not store these records internally.

Get yourself a good CDR, and put it on a spare TTY port. It is real easy to set-up. We just changed to RSI for 4 sites, and it works great for outbound calls.
