To whomever that can help:

I have an EMPLOYEE table that lists all employees by name along with their date of hire (DOH).
In another table, VACATION, I have listed the number of vacation days an employee gets based on their hire date.

For Example, if DOH falls between 12/31/2003 and 12/30/2004 the employee gets 11 vacation days for the year.

Is there a way to create a query that can extrapolate the vacation days from the VACATION table and add it as a column to the EMPLOYEE table?

Thanks!

You could, but why would you? This sounds like you would not have a normal db design if you did this, so I sould seriously question the motive.
