Hi, Guys! I've come to a detour.
I have a make table query that basically does a score card of each customer in percents for the current month. That info is fed into a report. So the report shows the score card for the current month, only.
To better assess the standing of each customer I have been asked to add score cards for each customer for 3 previous months. There is no archive table to pull that info from. However, my database is archived every month, so I could pull the score cards for the three previous months from the 3 archived databases. But here is the problem.
How do I program to pull the score card from the last 3 databases? As time progresses the last 3 archived databases today will not be the same as the last 3 archived databases say 6 months from now.
Thank you in advance for your advise!
Valeriya

Hallo,

You have to make sure your archived dataabases are logically named and/or located so you can determine the names of the last three months archives.

Then have a read in the help about the TransferDatabase statement which can Link to external databases. There are several different ways of doing it, so have a browse around in the help for possibilities.
