Hi, we have 2 entries for public unknown numbering:
1. exts starting with 3 which displays 914-694-1122
2. exts starting with 37 which displays 800-549-7760
Both entries worked until Monday, 1/12. Exts 3000-3699 and 3800-3999 displayed 914-694-1122 and exts 3700-3799 displayed 800-549-7760, as we wanted it. Nothing was changed in PBX, but Verizon did some maintenance early in the morning 1/12. Now any ext starting with 3 displays 914-694-1122 on an outgoing call. Does anyone have any advice about what I can ask Verizon to check, because they're saying it's the PBX. Also is there anything else I can check in PBX?
I did a list trace and exts that should display 914-694-1122 have a line with Calling Name & Number in the trace. Exts 37xx don't have that line. Thanks in advance!
