Public IP adresses

Hi,

i have a DSL Internet connection with Aliant 5 Public IP adresses and a Linksys BEFSR11 Router.

is there any solution that i can configure 4 Servers with the 4 public adresses on my router or should i change the router.

Not quite enough info for a meaningful answer. By "4 servers" do you mean 4 physically different machines all running the same services? Then the answer would be no, you can't really do that.

A few other bits of information worth considering:
1. Most server operating systems allow 'virtual server' configurations - multiple servers on 1 machine using 1 public IP address(depending on what services you intend to offer).
2. You could use a switch between the DSL line and the linksys. 1 public IP address could be picked up by the linksys, 3 others going somewhere else (like maybe 3 server machines). Keep in mind that these 3 server machines would be open to the internet unless you implement some sort of firewall.

Yes I would like to use 4 servers on 4 different machines.
Because i have some applications incompatible with the router mapping so for this reason I need 4 physical servers connected with different public IP addresses and I don’t know how to do that.
