We have an Exchange 2003 SP2 Server. I have a public folder that I have set to receive email messages. I have several people that are accessing this folder and replying to the email messages. What I would like to know is if it is possible to get reports on:

a) The number of messages that are being delivered to this folder

b) The number of messages that people are replying to? If this isn't possible then the number of messages that people are deleting.

You should enable message tracking. You can then query the message tracking service for all mail sent to the PF. As far as getting a nice presentable report for the rest, I think you are going to need to look at 3rd party options. Can't think of any off the top of my head...
