Public Folder email Addresses

Dear Sirs,

We have configured in our Exchange 2003 server several email enabled public folders (such us support@ourdomain.com and sales@ourdomain.com).

We receive mail to these public folders, but the emails we receive appear as exposed notes. We can see only the sender address, and if we repply this mail we only repply it to the sender. If anybodys address is in copy, we cant see it.

Is there any way to see these public folder addresses as normal addresses? what am I doing wrong?
