Can someone help me to configure the Publice Folder and create sub folders in the Exchange Server 2000?

Is Administrator Previlage enough to grant permissions to other users?

I appreciate step by step instructions.

I'm sure you can do it from within Exchange, but I find it easy to create public folders from within my Outlook Client.

Expand Public Folders -> All Public Folders, right click "All Public Folders" and choose New Folder.

Once the new folder is created, right click, properties, permissions, and add the appropriate users.
