I have a 2008 small business server that was migrated from 2003sbs. Can I disable public folders for individual users?

Can you be more specific? You can certainly set permissions that would keep them from getting to folders.

We have 4 offsite users that we do not want to see the schedule that is in the public folder. Can we disable all public folders for the individual users or a group.

in Outlook, as a use with Owner rights on the folder, set the appropriate permissions for those users. If your PF hierarchy has complex permissions setup, you may have to do this on more than one folder to get the desired results.

Users with Outlook version 2003 and earlier require access to PFs for calendar info.
